It’s sad that a medication that can be so transformative for those who need it has such a stigma, such that we feel the need to emphasize that we don’t take it every day (i find myself saying that to people too!). I was not diagnosed until adulthood and getting treatment for ADHD virtually cured my debilitating anxiety around work, which in turn seems to have significantly improved a chronic illness I have. It changed my life, and it makes me mad that I had to suffer for so many years!

Hi Peet, I really enjoyed this blog. Your mum is such a beautiful woman inside and out. You’re so lucky, I lost my mother when I was 16 years old, there so much I wish I could have shared with her. Please don’t worry about your medication, as long as you’re ok and using them how you should I would take no notice of anyone else. Jen is gorgeous, just like your mum. It’s not until you get disabled yourself you realise all these problems that normally you wouldn’t even think about. How you are not inundated with girls 👧 wanting to date you is unfathomable. This is random and mostly irrelevant to your video but I just stumbled upon your profile today and when I saw your dad I was like OMG!!! You probably get this a lot with all the views on your channel, but I actually went to high school while your dad was coaching and doing gym class. Mr. Montzingo was always one of my favorite faculty members, just a wonderful man with a pure heart and a fantastic sense of humor, and the power to really bring the best out of kids. I just got diagnosed with adhd and I take Adderall and it helps so much! And I don't take mine daily either just the days I know are important and I need my head to think straight. I understand completely 💯 made me nervous at first to take but once I did all my chaos and anxiety in my head slowed down and I was able to function normally! And I could listen and understand what I was reading and omg I couldn't believe it. I also slept so good that night.

Love it definitely do more vlogging in this style 😎

For ADHD it helps when you write your day out and make a list. And color coordinate your notes wit a multi pen or highlighter. That helps you focus.

I will 100% buy your children’s book. I really liked what was going on in it.

My 12 yr old has been going threw Extreme A.d.h.d and has been on those pills to where he was having to take 30mgs twice a day and It got so bad to where he didn't want too anymore. To write about it so ppl can see what others go threw would help even my son out to know he's not alone
