Their schedule doesn't get any easier. They made it thru the easiest part of the schedule. Now it's against teams that are and actually should be, ranked. Colorado had no place being ranked. And this game exposed that. Media propelled this team to being in a top 20 spot and they didn't belong there to begin with. Oregon did what they were expected and Colorado did what I expected. Gotta admit Oregon was balling. When your offensive line is able to bully the opposition’s d line and create wide open lanes for the running game like they did, it opens up the pass game so nicely. You can tell how comfortable Bo Nix looked compared to Shedeur. Really excited to see what this CU team would really look like with some better talent on both the o & d line tho. Looked like a pretty easy day at the office for that whole Oregon team

Glad to see Oregon has gotten back to a good state. Them last 2 yrs were rough. Thought Colorado would be tested this game and they were. They weren't really exposed in this game. @cameronhimes3558

Don't forget about WR as a weakness and defensive backs. Oregon was easily stronger and faster in those positions. As someone that played college football. The biggest gaps between schools is not the skill players, it’s the big guys upfront and having depth at that position. Even Deion said it himself that he needs about 7 to 8 dawgs at the O line and D line position. To be honest he’ll need more. During the season, they have to go recruit south of the Mason Dixon line and get some beef upfront before they can compete with the elite schools.

But if Coach Prime is serious about this job then he needs to get rid of all the cameras and all the hype videos. Your name can't win these games. 3:59 it was at THIS moment you knew Oregon was about making the Buffs look out of their league. This was a statement play. You only do this when you know the other team can't beat you. They wanted to embarass them on national television, and they did. But they also had mercy, because they took some of the starting players out of the game near the end. The score could've been well into the 70s. Lastly, the Prime Effect goes both ways. It either makes teams cower, or it makes them want to dominant you. The latter happened today.

My takeaways from this game: Offensive coordinator for Colorado has got to move into max protection generate offense; defensive coordinator for Colorado has got to go with four down linemen and scratch the bandit LB, DC needs to rely on dime coverages more; Oregon dictated the game from start to end; they controlled every faucet of the game. @kyzor-sosay6087 And you might be right. I can't help but noticed that every DC wants to run a 3-4 or 3-3-5 defense like the 3 down linemen are world beaters. It's laughable at best. Then, the defense placed safeties over receivers. I'll take that match-up all day. When Alabama gets beat, it's because the safeties are exposed in coverage. Oregon is good. Let's see what type of adjustments are made for USC.
