Regardless, the car driver is a Dumbarton.. Bro caught the plates on camera so it can be tried as attempted manslaughter/murder. So yeah, not smart to act tough on a motorcycle, but also stoopid af to try and drive over someone cause you butt hurt.
What I've learned about this incident: - happened on Memorial Day 2016 in Pasco County Florida. - The driver of the car was Robert Vance - the guy on the motorcycle was Joe Calderazzo a navy veteran who was riding with a group in a Memorial Day event. His female passenger was Melanie Ann Milinkovich. Vance tried to run another biker off the road just before this incident, and Calderazzo had some choice words for him at the stop light. - Vance was charged with attempted murder (and a few other felonies) - Witnesses chased Vance down and he side swiped one of them before being apprehended by police. - Vance was a serial traffic offender who was driving while suspended at the time of the incident.
this commentary should be at the top, ladies and gentleman. but if we analyze emotions from reading comments that are actually at the top - we can see how easy our brain is manipulated
@@drpowell8300 Most of us are not saying the biker started it; we are commenting on the biker staying to fuck around and find out rather than just not engaging with him and leaving the area. According to what this grant guy posted, the car tried to run one of them off the road, so why are they staying around to engage with an obvious nutcase? If I had a gun and just shot at someone, would you come up and tell me how I'm a bad person and shouldn't be doing that? No, you would get the fk out of there.
I dated a biker. I was tired of his gang acting like they own the road & pushing around any nonbiker men they came across usually smaller then them. The women would flirt with men or start trouble then yell for their biker boyfriend. It was all EGO bullying & bull shit. 💩
you should read the comment on this scenario, biker was mad because the car tried to run his buddy off the road intentionally and biker dude yelled at him with just words and the car tried to kill them, LITERALLY.. and guess what, car went to prison for attempted murder..
The bikers weren't grabbing for a gun. Robert Vance is the car driver, and he is no stranger to trouble... He was convicted in 2011 on a hit and run charge and driving on a suspended license. The next year he was convicted of disorderly conduct and getting into a fight. He also pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence in 2003 and has a number of drug convictions, according to the Tampa Bay Times. He is being held without bond and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (the car), leaving the scene of an accident that involved injury, and one count of being a habitual traffic offender.
Well to be fair it's really easy to get away from a car on a bike. Plus if that biker is like me, I keep my pistol on me at all times. I don't check the mail without my pistol. If someone did this to me he better get out of there extremely fast because after I get up there will be some bullets flying his way.
@@bigred9991see that biker probably didn't think that would not happen to him and it did. Now you think that if he happens to you that you would do what you said you'll do. What makes you so sure that you might get up? Back to the original question on this comment.
@@bigred9991well well well that kept pistol didn't help that situation, did it? 2nd.... Damn Sun what kind of unfortunate criminal are you that you need a gun to go to the mail 📬📬📬📬 hope your situation gets better😢😢😢😢
@@utleyThe guy in the car already tried to run one of the bikers off the road before this video was filmed. The driver of the car was charged with attempted murder, and already had a suspended license due to previous road rage incidents.
I love to see you bikers enjoying the time to ride but you have some that really thinks they own the road. I'm a truck driver and always try to give you guys space.
If a MF can't control their emotions and is quick to anger like that, clearly they ain't right in the head. People like that don't belong in public. I truly believe some people don't even deserve life.
@@dh5594 well I do believe I agree with you if he just did that s*** out of the blue but as hell if I was them and they was all threatening and cussing and caring on hell out of them the same thing
Spittin' straight fax here, man! People who try to start a fight are looking for one, just walk away and keep ya mouth shut will keep you out of the obituaries...
😂 doesn’t justify someone using their car as a weapon, not every motorcyclist is the same, I ride a motorcycle and treat everyone on the road with respect because being on a motorcycle makes you a vulnerable road user, I also drive a car and drive a lorry for a living, I’ve learned in my many years road rage gets you nowhere.
As a rider the second you think you're safe some mfr will kill you looking for their cell phone. Clubs may be getting nutty with rage but cagers are just that protected in whatever stupidity they are doing.
@@tiredofinsanity yeah you’ve gotta be on the defensive constantly and treat every car like it’s trying to knock you off, especially cars waiting at junctions, I don’t think people realise how being even a little bit distracted is so dangerous for everyone else on the road.
@@HooNuu except if they did there was plenty of room to get around them and away from them withoit running over the bike and almost killing them. Any cop would have looked at the scene and the footage and the silver car escalated the violence. That means the action they took is no longer covered by self defense . Now if the biker was actively shooting jnto the care then yes the escalation could be seen as unforseen consequence of a split second decision. In this case they were communicating when the silver car CHOSE to swerve and run the motorcycle and riders over with his car.
As a driver I always try to show respect to all bikers and motorcyclists on the road!🫡 But, many and I mean many of these motorcyclists need to be careful, stop making bad choices on these roads in traffic! And stop playing with your lives, there will always be a much more crazier driver just waiting for an excuse!🤦🏻♀️
When people show you who they are. Believe them! It’s ok not to engage with crazy people even if your in the right! Dead is dead whether it was your fault or not.
Everybody gangsta until they realize they aren't playing GTA5, and you don't get to respawn. Cops are real, and they are like the Terminator. As I understand it, the guy in the car was the actual criminal and got arrested. At least he will have a cool story to tell his cellmates.
IVE HAD BIKERS ATTEMPT TO REMOVE MY SIDE MIRRORS. AS LONG AS BIKERS DONT SHARE THE ROAD, ILL NEVER LET A BIKER OFF EASY AGAIN. ILL DO THE SAME AS THIS GUY DID. I LOVE IT
The drivers name is Robert Paul Vance. This happened in FL in 2016. He’s a habitual traffic offender. He was charged with two counts of attempted murder and is serving 15 years in prison.
this is why you dont talk shit, especially if you are on a bike. You never know how crazy that other person is...some ppl just don't care about you or your life.
"Witness Abe Garcia told the TV station it happened around 6 p.m. that he pulled out his cell phone after seeing the driver of Pontiac "going crazy" and forcing three motorcyclists off the road. When the bikers caught up to the car at the intersection of U.S. 41 and County Line Road, they began "exchanging back and forth" with the driver, Garcia said."
@charlesdd41 - Judging by the driver of the Pontiac's criminal record, I would say anything could have happened. When you are dealing with an unhinged lunatic with a rap sheet long enough that Eminem would give up, there is no telling what happened. However, you have a group of respectful bikers who are just trying to have a nice Memorial Day ride. These are not gang members or anything, they are normal people who like to ride on the weekend. Then you have a violent maniac who has spent years in prison and is driving illegally to begin with, and I would say that the odds are the driver of the Pontiac started it. Especially since all of the witnesses said the same thing.
