This is going to sound weird, but this song is the perfect song to listen to as you’re experiencing your final moments of your life. Imagine you’re driving late at night thinking about all of the good memories you’ve experienced in life, and you’re thoroughly enjoying your late-night drive. You’re beginning to remember all of the fun memories that you had, one of them being: you and a close friend quietly laying on the ground, observing the sky, and looking at the chemtrails that you see above the local country club. In the traditional astrology the sign of Cancer is associated with the Moon and water, meanwhile Leo is associated with the Sun; so maybe she is playing with this contrast. The image in both associations is: The water evaporates in the sun. Water is related to the feminine and to emotions, fire is related to masculine and actions, so her emotions burn on her fire and her fire dies on her water, she is too intense and this makes her impossible to exist. That’s my hypothesis for this. But it can also have multiple meanings.
