I haven't told anyone this but, during a low time for me, I had planned to take my life. I was listening to my YT music playlist while debating if I should go through with my plans. This song suddenly played, and it made me feel like someone was watching me and comforted me. Like it was saying I could give up, say yes to heaven or keep fighting the fight. I ended up crying very hard and didn't do it.
the fact that today, it is our six month anniversary with my bf & lana officially releasing it, is just perfect. means a lot cause every time i listen to this song, it reminds me of him
one of my favorite memories is with this song. we were close to the winter break and the school was almost empty so for the first time there was no "groups" or this teenage shit. we all sat together to play cards and a girl played this and some other lana songs. it was sunny and windy at the same time and the view was really pretty and matching with the vibe of the songs. it was pretty cool to know all those new people.

Jesus's words to all the rich folks: "What shall it profit a man if he shall gain the whole world and lose his soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" Your soul is more precious than anything this world has to offer. Because everything will perish, but the human soul shall live forever, either in Heaven with Jesus or in the Lake of Fire with Satan and his demons and the rest of unrepented God hating souls. She should release an album with just her unreleased songs, it could be an EP or a rarities album, we deserve it, some of my favorite songs of hers are unreleased.

say yes to heaven is about confessing your love to someone. it’s about admiring someone from afar, it’s about waiting for them. its a song about hoping and praying that they’ll say yes to you. it’s about the cloud of unknown that fogs your vision and plagues your thoughts the weeks spent working up the courage to ask. wondering if they’re as afraid as you, and hoping that they’ll understand you, that their fears will fade away. it’s a song about yearning for them to accept you, because you’ll give them heaven, you’ll treat them right and never break their heart.
