Listened to this the first time driving home. I wasn’t expecting the tears flowing down my face. Lana is evolving and her music is surpassing any expectations. She truly is my religion.

This actually touched my soul with angels hands. Tears are falling on their own, like I can relate to almost every word of the song.

"It’s a beautiful life, remember that too for me" made me cry... and yes Lana we will take mine of u with us.... what a masterpiece.

I love the fact that the music and singles are so different from each other on this new album. This is such a beautiful record dedicated to her family

This is the song I want to be played when I die. I am devastated by its metaphysical, deep yet simple message. We are nothing but memories to others. Also, memories in our last breath are our only refuge, our last focal point, all our life condensed in one last second of a million memories of everyone we once loved, an explosion of love personified in the faces, touches and special moments that gave meaning to our existance. I can only cry by the transcendence, definitiveness and irremediability this thought implies. That's why this song hits so hard, it is beautiful, but also a raw certainty of our mortal expiration and how it will be felt. We tend to live like death is so far away, but she's by our side, calmly awaiting. In the meantime, we collect.

She also pays tribute to her uncle, David Grant who died in 2016 while climbing the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. He taught Lana how to play the guitar.
