In a rematch of last year's ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship, the Virginia Cavaliers got revenge and defeated Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish derated the Cavaliers 17-7 in the 2018 ACC Championship, but it was a total reversal this year as UVA beat the Irish 10-4. Dox Aitken recorded a hat trick for the Cavaliers and Ryan Conrad scored another two goals. Goalie Alex Rode had 11 saves in the game for Virginia. This is UVA's 18th ACC Lacrosse Championship and first since 2010.
